i've been told that randomness matters.
welcome inside my tuesday:
- i broke a computer in the schindler computer lab. even the lady sitting behind the desk with the nametag couldn't figure it out.
- i walked around campus under a broken umbrella while laughing outloud at myself.
- amy dau left a pleasantly surprising and refreshing message on my phone.
- i got to wear my pink plaid rainboots. and i loved it.
- i arrived to meeting #2 of the night to be told that my zipper was undone. props to myself after having completed meeting #1 with two guys. awesome.
- i got to hold a crying little girl and assure her everything was going to be ok.
- i ran into a friend i haven't seen all semester in a computer lab i never enter - she handed me a really great card she made and wrote me last week. i smiled.
- i made the following list in class::
things i've come to discover while attending uni:
- i've never written more unnecessary documents about everyday human interactions than in my four years here.
- i find it hard to believe that an educated architect would design a building like the schindler education system. it's a spacecraft.
- my degree could have possibly been earned on my ability to create fluff and insert educational lingo in all the correct locations.
things i still don't understand after attending uni:
- WHY is there a large gust of wind ALWAYS present in the lang tunnel?
- why do you have to go up the stairs to go down the stairs in the union? [check it out.]
perhaps random does matter.
those moments brought me through today.
